Steeve Blanc-Mappaz signs contract extension with FCG

Arrived 2 years ago at the FCG from Vannes, the back rower of the FCG extends its future in "Rouge & Bleu" for 2 more seasons. 

Born in Albertville and passed through Chambéry, our Savoyard played 13 games last year and already 10 this season. It is fully in line with the Club's project with an extension for the next two seasons.

Franck Corrihons: "Extending Steeve was logical for us. He is a boy who experienced the high level late with a season at Vannes in Pro D2 and a year of Top 14 with us. He has constantly been improving. Despite some physical problems last year (shoulder and ischios) he is a boy who is performing well and still has a lot to give. It is completely in line with our project. He is a local guy, a Savoyard who has passed through the SOC and loves his mountains, it is a pleasure for him to continue the adventure with Grenoble. »
