During containment, you will be given news of the "Red & Blue". Today, call to Angel Capuozzo
Where are you confined?
"I'm in Pont-de-Claix, with my family. I don't have much to complain about, I'm with my two sisters, a garden. I have a big thought for those who are confined all alone. »
Do you have family in Italy? How is it for them?
"Yes, I have family in Bologna, in northern Italy, in Rome and Naples. We've been lucky, everyone's fine. »
And in Pont-de-Claix, how's it going?
"Listen, I've been living at the training centre for a year now, but the return to my family is going very well. I'm trying to take the positive out of this situation. »
During the last FCG match, at the end of February, you were severely injured. Where are you now and how is the rehabilitation going?
"I was injured to two ankle ligaments with a complete rupture for one and a partial rupture for the other, but that didn't require surgery. I had a cast. And now I'm working on my rehabilitation. I am in regular contact with Romain Pietra, one of the club's cinemas, for the first part of the rehabilitation, which can be done remotely. He phones me, sends me videos, etc... But, in a few weeks, the rehabilitation will have to be done with the physiotherapists. »
What links do you keep with the other players?
"We send each other messages regularly, especially with those on social networks. We don't always have long conversations, but sending a message from time to time is important. We keep in touch with each other, but not only that. We also try to get the staff on the phone".
How do you spend your days?
"I get up neither too early nor too late, about 10:00, 10:30. In the morning, it's pretty free. In the afternoon, I do my sport and I work on my classes, it takes me 3, 4 hours. I also work on some personal projects. Then, afterwards, I watch movies or play Warzone with my friends. We each have a microphone, it's a good way to talk together. »
You're working on your classes, too?
"Yes, I'm in a technical-sales DUT. But I'm doing it by correspondence and with a schedule that's been set up from the start, so the confinement doesn't change much for me. I only have my classes on Mondays. »
Does it say on Instagram that you play piano too?
"Yes, I'm lucky to have a piano here. So I decided to get in on it during this time. I watch tutorials on youtube. It helps me learn. »
What are your plans for deconfinement?
"I don't think I'll do anything crazy, there will still be risks of contamination: we'll have to remain cautious. But I'll be very happy to go for a walk, and I hope to run too, as soon as my ankle is fully recovered. And then I can't wait to get back to rugby. »
