Adrien Seguret sees the progress made by his teammates in the last few weeks, but knows that there is still a lot of work to be done.
You just came out of a big collective training session...
"Yes, you saw, I was exhausted. No, frankly, it was good. We had a good practice. There was a lot of rhythm. And that's good. We train well, we prepare well for the game. It's great. »
The last two games, without being perfectly finished, take some pressure off you?
"We're trying to take some of that pressure off, game after game, that we had at the beginning of the year. We've seen that the last two games were better. But hey, there are still a lot of mistakes to make big performances. We'll try to make up for that this weekend. Really try to be everywhere. »
Did the point taken in Vannes do you good?
"Yes, it is positive, this point. Because, already from one, we bring back something from Vannes. And I don't think there are many teams that are going to do it, given their state of form. And then, always, the state of mind. Let's go back to the end. We're going to get the bonus at the end. Even if, once again, we leave too many things to win there. It's a shame. »
What still needs to be improved?
"Offensive animation, there's room for improvement. We communicate more. We have the will to play more ball. That's still better over the last two games. After that, now it's technical precision. Whether it's on our passes or on our camp outings, on our footwork. That's where we're fishing right now. We are not precise enough on all that. »
You find a club where you played last season. What can you tell us about it?
"Yes, I know them well. This year, they changed staff. But the players are about the same as last year. Pretty much the same. A dangerous team, we know them. They are a little unpredictable. We prepare them very seriously. We're not in a position to take them any other way. We prepare them very seriously. We are going to be very vigilant to what they are going to propose to us. Because they have players and individuals who are very strong. »
The game will still be played behind closed doors. And this should be the case in the coming weeks...
"You never really get used to it. It's still a bit tricky, especially in a stadium like the Stade des Alpes, which is magnificent. And it makes us feel strange to play without anyone. But you have to get used to it. Since moreover, we left for at least one month in this situation. We will prepare ourselves for that. »
