Discover the new pedagogical project of the FCG Rugby School.
This project is the result of the work carried out during the 2021/2022 season by the RDS employees. This document, which provides access to the pedagogical approach, is segmented by number of players. An analysis of the children's needs according to age enables the construction of sports sessions and the provision of appropriate extra-sporting support.

The general objectives of the Rugby School :
The FCG Rugby School welcomes all children who want to have fun, whatever their level.
- Coming to training should be a pleasure for the players, but also for the parents.
- Together with the parents we participate in the "achievement and development" of the children.
- The children are divided into groups of different levels so that they can develop at their own pace and in safety.
- We train rugbymen and rugbywomen: daring, curious, respectful, who flourish on the field. It is important that each one feels "free" to try, to dare, etc.
- To do this, we need to help them build their own rugby background so that they have the tools to respond to the problems encountered on the field.
