FC Grenoble Rugby has the sadness to tell you about the death of Julien-Jacques Saby, occurred last Sunday.
Julien-Jacques Saby was born in Charenton-le-Pont in 1939. Graduate of the IEP Grenoble, then a master's degree in Law at the Faculty of Grenoble. He then has a long career as a lawyer in Paris and Grenoble.
He wore the "Rouge & Bleu" shirt from 1954 in Juniors B, then in the first team from 1957 and until 1966. He is one of the artists of the title of champion of France reserve in 1960.
We have a thought for his father, Julien, emblematic coach of the club, and his brother Pierre, as well as his wife, his family and his relatives.
His funeral will be celebrated Saturday at 1:30 pm at PFI Grenoble.
