After the defeat aginst la Rochelle on Sunday, FCG players were back at the Stade Lesdiguières on Tuesday to prepare the game in Bordeaux next Saturday. In a short week, the Grenoblois will have two big days of work (Tuesday and Wednesday), before the team run and the trip in Gironde on Friday.
Recovery and video were on the schedule of Tuesday morning, with the necessary focus on Sunday game. The players were back on the field in the afternoon, to prepare the game in Bordeaux.
Wednesday will be a full day of work, with body building and units work in the morning and a long collective session in the afternoon.
After the team's run Friday morning, the players will travel to Bordeaux. They will be back in Grenoble on Sunday.
