The final phases of the French Elite 1 championship reached for the first time, the Amazons had largely achieved their objective of the season. To go even further, it was necessary to respond to the challenge offered by the two-time champions, MHR.
While the Grenoble women led after15 minutes of play (5-7, 14'), the Montpellier women then took the lead to win 51-7.
Congratulations to the Amazons for this superb season. Supporters will be able to come and congratulate them at the first women's rugby festival to be held on Sunday, May 12 at Stade Lesdiguières.
